While the exact number of Ferrari F12berlinettas has never been announced, it has been estimated that about 5,000 of the standard F12berlinetta were produced between its debut in 2012 and the arrival of the 812 Superfast in 2017. The original Ferrari F12 price started at $319,995, though the price of a Ferrari Certified F12 will depend on the specific model, its age, and a range of other factors.

These specs are only due in part to that hand-assembled engine — the F12berlinetta owes its quickness to aerodynamics inspired by the 599XX and Formula One programs. The Aero Bridge channels air from the hood and through the flanks along the sides of the vehicle to create increased downforce. Active Brake Cooling ducts open when the brake get hot and need cooling, closing to preserve the sleek, wind-tunnel honed curves and get the most out of the 6.3L V12.
